If it wasnt
for users my network would be just fine.
-The cry of the over-employed
LAN (local area network) administrator
Many of the problems we
encounter when using E-mail systems are not directly the
fault of any individual user or even individual technology, but are simply oversights. Many
people do not understanding or give much thought as to why or how E-mailing differs
from other forms of effective communication.
My belief is that E-mail
in box has become a magnifying glass for every communication
problem on earth. It is not the only tool out there, and in many cases it is just not being
used well to begin with.
Why did I develop Effective
Communication.org?
As I have criss cross the
globe giving presentations and consulting, I have consistently
encountered people with the same problems wherever I went. On these pages are some
of the many thoughts that I have shared with people who have gone on to say that if
everyone new these simple ideas, communication in any organization would be much
more effective.
How can you find out
more?
Subscribe to my news letter
where I regularly share my other ideas that do not appear
on these pages. It is titled: "You can't think with Your Tool Belt on(TM)" and addresses
many areas including effective communication. Everyone from CEOs to front line
employees have reported benefiting from my insight.
There is no cost, you can
unsubscribe at any time, and I guard it closely so that you
name never falls into the hands of unscrupulous spammers.
So welcome, sign up right
away or just browse around. Either way I'm sure that you will
discover many useful ideas.
